I’ve spent my career crafting memorable food and beverage experiences with some of the most iconic hospitality brands, including Kempinski, Swissotel, Fairmont, Hyatt, and more recently, One & Only.
Over the years, I discovered my true passion: turning bold ideas into reality and helping businesses create spaces that not only delight guests but drive sustainable success.
This passion led me to launch Studios73, where I combine creative storytelling, operational expertise, and a deep love for hospitality to build concepts that truly resonate. I believe every dining experience should tell a story, every detail should have a purpose, and every guest should leave with a lasting impression.

With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, I’ve contributed to a wide range of successful projects, from creating concepts to optimising operations.

Hakkasan Riyadh - Pre-Opening Director
Worked with Tao Group and architects on design and pre-opening plans.
Managed all pre-opening tasks for a smooth launch.
Meili - Grand Hyatt Kuwait - Director of Operations ( Pre Opening)
Collaborated with Meraki to align all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with the concept.
Ensured operational excellence and consistency with the brand vision.
Stations – Fairmont Quasar Istanbul
Director of Operations
Developed and executed the live cooking station concept.Oversaw FOH and BOH design and construction.
Managed pre-opening, including staffing, training, and setup.
Led operations in the first year, ensuring excellence and profitability.
Cova Riyadh - Pre-Opening Director
Collaborated with Cova Milano's operational team and architects on design and pre-opening plans.
Managed pre-opening operations to ensure a successful launch.
Liberté - Grand Hyatt Kuwait - Director of Operations (Pre-Opening)
Worked closely with the team to establish processes and implement SOPs.
Oversaw design and operational alignment with the brand concept.
Focused on creating a foundation for exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
Osmanly – Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo
Director of Food & Beverage
Developed and launched the authentic Turkish dining concept.
Extensive work with OSE sourcing and giving unique identity
Managed pre-opening, including hiring, training, and menu development.
StreetXo - One & Only Dubai - EAM F&B
Collaborated with David Muñoz's team to adapt the concept to the Dubai market.
Supported the pre-opening phase, ensuring alignment with brand vision and local expectations.
Aila - Fairmont Quasar Istanbul
Director of Operations
Designed and executed the concept from vision to operation.
Oversaw FOH and BOH design during construction.
Directed operations during the first year to establish Aila as a top dining destination.
FloorTwo Bar & Lounge - Kempinski (now Fairmont ) Food & Beverage Manager
Introducing FloorTwo Bar & Lounge into a top lounge and cocktail destination.
Managed pre-opening, including hiring, training, and menu planning.
Led operations, ensuring top service and financial success.
